ICSSI 2026: CoM Hosts International Conference on Service Science, Innovation, and Sustainability

NCHU College of Management Doctoral Candidates Recognized with NSTC Dissertation Writing Awards

The recipients are Ruo-Die Zhang (張若蝶) from the Department of Business Administration and You-Zeng Su (蘇祐增) from the Department of Finance.

Zhang, supervised by Professor Yi-Ting Lin (林義挺), is conducting doctoral research on age-friendly workplace practices. Her dissertation, titled “When Age-Friendly Practices Backfire: Exploring the Relationship between Non-Beneficiary Employees’ Perceptions of Age-Friendly Practices and Turnover Intentions from a Relative Deprivation Perspective,” examines the potential unintended effects of workplace practices intended to support particular age groups. NCHU’s Department of Business Administration has also officially announced her selection for the award.

Su, supervised by Professor Tsung-Ying Yeh (葉宗穎), focuses his doctoral research on financial markets and asset pricing. His dissertation, “Asset Pricing Anomalies, Stock–Bond Market Integration, and Capital Adjustment Frictions,” explores issues related to asset pricing, the interaction between equity and bond markets, and capital adjustment dynamics.

The College of Management congratulates Ruo-Die Zhang and You-Zeng Su, as well as their advisors, Professor Yi-Ting Lin and Professor Tsung-Ying Yeh, on this recognition. Their achievements demonstrate the College’s continued commitment to fostering high-quality doctoral research and supporting emerging scholars in management and the social sciences.
